Include your public .skr domain, app version, approximate UTC time, and the visible error. Never send a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, recovery code, one-time code, or keystore password.
Content and account requests
Use the in-app report and deletion controls first. For an appeal, provide only the public content ID or .skr domain and a short explanation.
Recommendation payments
Confirmed blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by LionDApp. There is no automated refund feature. Contact support if a confirmed payment did not start the recommendation service. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
