Get help with LionDApp

Include your public .skr domain, app version, approximate UTC time, and the visible error. Never send a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, recovery code, one-time code, or keystore password.

Content and account requests

Use the in-app report and deletion controls first. For an appeal, provide only the public content ID or .skr domain and a short explanation.

Testing and appeals

Include the campaign and entry IDs, app/version and the visible result state. Submit an appeal in the app within 72 hours of rejection, or request platform review after a 72-hour overdue review. Existing participants retain access when recruitment closes. Contact support if moderation prevents a participant from resolving an obligation.

Real campaign payments are currently disabled. A simulation receipt is not a transfer and cannot be redeemed for SKR. Do not transfer tokens directly to a wallet to fund a campaign.

Recommendation payments

Confirmed blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by LionDApp. There is no automated refund feature. Contact support if a confirmed payment did not start the recommendation service. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
