Terms of Service
Service
LionDApp lets Seeker users discover official Store dApps, publish questions, share app issues, suggestions and praise, follow discussions, exchange responses, organize dApp testing campaigns and record their own results. Community content is stored by LionDApp and does not change official Store reviews or ratings. We do not host APK files. Real campaign escrow is not enabled. We do not supervise development, verify delivery or guarantee third-party apps.
Your account
Community actions require a valid wallet signature and current bidirectional .skr ownership verification. This verifies wallet and domain control, not a legal identity, hardware ownership, developer affiliation or trustworthiness. You are responsible for your wallet and activity. Never disclose wallet secrets. We may rate-limit or block identities to protect the service.
User content and progress
You keep ownership of submitted content and grant LionDApp a non-exclusive, worldwide license limited to hosting, displaying, distributing, moderating and promoting it to operate the service. You must have the necessary rights. Questions and app feedback can be edited after another moderation check; previous versions are retained for integrity. Comments can be deleted but not edited. Changing a question resets its current outcome. Progress and solved states describe the author's own report, not a platform guarantee. Test invitations and responses do not establish verified developer affiliation.
Budgets and private messages
A development budget is an intention supplied by its author, not verified funds, payment or a delivery promise. LionDApp provides discussion and private messages. An intended development budget is separate from a testing reward; no development payment or fulfillment guarantee is provided. Report scams or abusive messages in the app. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
dApp testing campaigns
Free invitations are available in the current build. Positive-reward campaigns are private, unfunded drafts; real SKR deposits, payouts and refunds are disabled. Simulated receipts are test data, not blockchain payments. X engagement tasks are not available.
Hosts must publish the app/version, test steps, acceptance requirements, capacity, deadlines and minimum report length. Published terms are locked. One identity and wallet may reserve one place per campaign. Reservations expire if no report is submitted in time. A public comment is not a testing report.
Review must follow the published requirements and must not require positive sentiment. Hosts have 72 hours to review, may request one correction, and must give reasons for correction or rejection. Rejection has a 72-hour appeal window; overdue results may be referred to platform review. Platform review assesses the available evidence against the criteria and is not an independent app security audit. Contact support if either participant cannot act.
The intended paid model requires creators to predeposit the entire net reward pool plus an additional 10% platform fee, rounded up per slot to six-decimal SKR units. Approved testers receive the stated reward in full; fees are settled only with completed rewards. Unused rewards and corresponding fees may be refunded after closure and resolution of all outstanding results and appeals. This describes the planned model and is not a current payment offer. A future launch will require disclosed network, token Mint, escrow program, fee recipient and separate wallet authorization.
Closing recruitment does not remove existing testing obligations. Deletion of an account is restricted while obligations remain. A Store link or .skr domain does not verify developer affiliation.
Works and external services
Community works are reviewed before publication. A link to a Store app identifies the app being discussed; it does not prove the submitter is its developer. Review is limited to community rules and is not a security audit or endorsement. External services have their own terms.
Recommendations and voluntary tips
Mainnet recommendation purchases and tips are currently disabled. If enabled later, the app must show the exact amount, asset and recipient before a separate wallet approval. A paid recommendation is clearly labeled and separate from natural ranking. A tip supports LionDApp and does not purchase ranking, services or development work. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by LionDApp; no automatic refund or tax-deductible charitable status is represented. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Moderation and availability
We may remove prohibited content, suspend identities or change and discontinue features. We do not promise responses, uninterrupted availability, downloads, commercial results, official promotion, activity rewards or token value.

账户
社区操作需要有效钱包签名及当前 .skr 双向所有权核验。这只证明钱包与域名控制权，不证明实名身份、硬件所有权、开发者归属或可信程度。你应对钱包和活动负责，绝不要泄露钱包秘密。为保护服务，我们可以限流或封禁身份。
用户内容与进展
你保留所提交内容的权利，并授予 LionDApp 一项非独占、全球范围、仅限运营所需的托管、展示、分发、审核及宣传许可。你必须拥有必要权利。问题和应用评价可编辑，修改内容须重新通过审核，旧版本为内容完整性而保留。评论可以删除，不能编辑。修改问题会重置当前结果。进展和已解决状态只代表作者自己的反馈，不构成平台担保。测试邀请和回应不代表已认证的开发者身份。
预算与私信
开发预算只是作者填写的意向，不证明资金、付款或交付承诺。平台提供讨论与私信；开发预算意向与测试悬赏不同，平台不提供开发付款或履约担保。可在应用内举报诈骗或滥用消息。法律规定的强制性权利不受影响。
dApp 测试活动
当前构建支持免费测试邀请；正奖励活动为仅发起者可见的未付款草稿。真实 SKR 预存、结算及退款关闭。模拟凭证只是测试数据，不是链上付款。X 互动任务尚未开放。
发起者须公开应用及版本、测试步骤、验收要求、人数、期限与成果最低长度。已发布条件不可修改。每个身份和钱包在同一活动只能报名一次；未按时提交的报名会失效。公开评论不等于测试成果。
验收须遵循公开条件，不得要求好评。发起者有 72 小时验收，可要求一次补充，并须说明补充或拒绝的理由。拒绝后有 72 小时申诉窗口，超时未验收的成果可申请平台复核。复核依据已有证据和活动标准，不是独立的应用安全审计。任一方无法操作时可联系支持。
计划中的悬赏模式要求发起者预存全部每人到手奖励，另加 10% 平台费，每个名额的手续费向上取整至 SKR 的 6 位小数单位。通过验收者获得标明的完整奖励；手续费仅随已完成奖励一起结算。停止招募且所有成果和申诉结案后，可退未使用奖励及对应手续费。这是目标规则，不是当前付款承诺；未来开放须明确网络、Mint、托管程序、手续费收款方并取得独立钱包授权。
停止招募不会消除已有测试义务，未结案义务会限制账户删除。商店关联和 .skr 域名不证明开发者身份。
作品与外部服务
社区作品须审核后公开。关联商店应用用于标明讨论对象，不证明提交人是应用开发者。审核只针对社区规则，不构成安全审计或背书。外部服务适用其自身条款。
推荐与自愿打赏
当前主网推荐购买和打赏关闭。若以后开放，应用须在独立的钱包授权前展示准确金额、资产和收款方。付费推荐会明确标注，并与自然排序分离。打赏仅支持 LionDApp，不购买排名、服务或开发成果。平台无法撤销链上转账，没有自动退款机制，也不声明慈善捐赠抵税资格。强制性消费者权利不受影响。
审核与可用性
我们可以删除禁止内容、暂停身份或调整及停止功能。不保证有人回应、持续可用、下载量、商业结果、官方推广、活动奖励或代币价值。
